On Tuesday, April 25th, at 12 noon (Eastern Time), I will be conducting a live online presentation
on "The Breath: Pathway to Mindfulness." The 20 minute session will be followed by 10 minutes of Q & A.
The first 50 people to sign up will be able to watch it live and ask questions at the end.
This will be the first in a series of presentations we are planning over the next few years.
Recordings of the sessions will be available for viewing on our website for those who are interested but cannot join us live.
Since many of you aren't able to attend my talks and presentations, I thought this would be a way to offer snippets of the
content to you, no matter where you live. Join us if you can!

Body Scan Meditation
When teaching Meditation, I conduct a guided Body Scan in one of the classes. My students have requested I record it so they can listen and perform the scan again at home. So this 30-minute Body Scan is offered to all visitors of our website. Feel free to listen to it and share with others!
To prepare, you'll want to find a quiet, comfortable spot where you will not be interrupted. Headphones might be useful.
